OUR PROCESS
Our methodological approach lets us fully understand what solutions you really need. We work directly with all of our clients, implementing a variety of ideas that they have in mind. We then carefully craft a design that will reflect both their thoughts and needs.
DESIGN CONSULTATION
In the comfort of your home or site office, we can simply meet to discuss the scope and timings of your project.
We can review any plans you may already have; focus on what your "wants & wishes" are for the design and space.
It is a fun and informal chat to bounce around ideas and for us to agree a "Design Brief & Proposal" for your project.
This free consultation is also a great opportunity to explain our methodology, interior design ideas and demonstrate previous projects we have designed and implemented.
DESIGN BRIEF & PROPOSAL
From the initial Design Consultation, your very own personalised "Project Proposal" document will produced itemising the areas of your property you would like us to focus on.
Your "Project Proposal" will show in detail the services required along with costings e.g. Kitchen and /or Bathroom Designs, Electrical plans, Lighting Designs, Finishes Schedule etc
Once you are completely satisfied and have approved Project Proposal, we will then survey* your home taking any drawings / plans you may have and take photographs of the existing space.
DESIGN COLLECTION
We will create and present to you your personal "Design Collection".
This includes scaled plans & elevational drawings along with 2D sketches or 3D photorealistic images. Mood boards, samples and technical information for the project are proposed too. Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom designs & specifications are presented along with any of the other services you have requested such as costs for each. All presented, discussed & finalised to your complete satisfaction.
Once the final designs and have been agreed, we produce a digital version of the "Design Pack" that can be sent directly to your Builders for quotations, Kitchen & Bathroom suppliers for costs etc, all of whom we will liaise with or can supply to you should you wish it.
